At our hotel, allergy information on our menus only includes the eight specified allergens based on the Food Labeling Act: wheat, eggs, milk, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts, and walnuts.

If you have any food allergies to any of the 27 specified ingredients (excluding macadamia nuts), please provide as much detail as possible, including the specific ingredients, the number of people with allergies, and the severity of symptoms (e.g., whether broth or seasonings are acceptable, and whether the symptoms are severe).
*Depending on the nature of the allergy, the menu may change significantly, or we may be unable to accommodate your request. We are also unable to accommodate food allergies to items other than the 27 specified ingredients.
