- Reservations that fail to arrive within 15 minutes will be released to walk-in guests. Let us know if you will be late.
- You are free to select your seats (counter, table, VIP room), but they cannot be guaranteed.
- Please contact us for booking private rooms for business meetings and other events with 6 or more people.

Remark:
- All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars and are subject to 10% service charge.
- In accordance with government updated regulation, menu offering, price, and booking time are subject to change prior to reservation date.
- Please take note that it is mandatory that all guests use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application before entering the restaurant (persons aged under 16 without the company of an adult, and persons aged 65 or above may opt to complete the record form). Besides, we require to check the COVID-19 vaccination record for all guests.

Cancellation Policy
Guests are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation.

Same-day cancellation or no-show of your Kaiseki Tanigawa reservation will incur a charge of HK$500 per person at lunch and dinner.

Same-day cancellation or no-show of your Kaiseki Tanigawa Private Dining Room reservation will incur a charge of HK$1000 per person at dinner.

For Exclusive hires or parties of 6 and above in Kaiseki Tanigawa, cancellation notice needs at least 7 days. Otherwise, a charge of full menu price per person will incur.

Terms and Conditions

Kaiseki Tanigawa is happy to accept children over the age of 6 years at lunchtime and over the age of 12 in the evening in the restaurant. Children of any age are welcome in our private dining rooms. Please note we do not have a children’s menu at the restaurant.

However, if your dining party has children, please let us know 48 hours prior to your reservation so that we can arrange a children's menu whenever possible.

Our Private Dining Rooms do not have a minimum charge but the whole party must order our Full Course Menu for dinner. For lunch, the whole party must order a lunch course menu.

Kaiseki Tanigawa can usually cater to most health or allergy-related dietary requirements with advance notice. Our executive chef will happily adapt the menu according to each individual guest’s requirements. Please note any allergies or intolerances when making the reservation, so advance notice can be given to the kitchen.
