<<About cancellations>>
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your visit.
24 hours before the time of your visit: ¥1,500 per person

<<Changes in date and number of people>>
We cannot accept changes in the number of people or date and time after the reception has been completed for any reason.
Please be sure to check before confirming.
In the unlikely event that the date, time or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel and re-register.

Cash, credit card, UnionPay, transportation IC card, and various QR code payments are accepted.
