- The reservation you are making is for CIA Modern Banquet Plated class, where you can enjoy a 3-Course Sit-Down, Banquet style meal prepared and served by the students at the Culinary Institute of America, Singapore. - Vegetarian option will be available for guests with dietary needs. Other dietary restrictions and allergens cannot be catered to, as menus are fixed based on the curriculum. - Please collect your ticket at the Reception Counter before proceeding to the Ideation Room on the 3rd floor. The doors will open at 12:00pm sharp, and the lunch service ends at 1:00pm. Guests arriving after 12:15pm may be denied service. - Tickets are non-refundable.
