Our specialty is earthenware pot rice using "Musubi no Kami" rice from Mie. Cooked with Hiroshima sake and first-press dashi, it highlights the rice’s natural sweetness and aroma. Served in a custom pot by Tokyo’s Mr. Yano, this comforting dish is perfect for concluding your meal.

[Monthly Special] Goto's Omakase Course (9 Dishes)
This course includes 6 à la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients, plus handmade soba noodles prepared to order, and rice cooked in an earthenware pot.
The rice cooked in the earthenware pot at the end of the meal uses "Musubi no Kami," rice offered to Ise Grand Shrine, milled to Goto's original milling ratio.
The soba noodles are made from carefully selected buckwheat flour from Kyushu and other regions throughout Japan, chosen for its optimal quality at the time of year.
The dishes are served on custom-made tableware by Shikihido in Setagaya, Tokyo, exclusively for Goto.
