*Whole cakes and specialties can only be picked up in store.
▶Products can be picked up between 11:30 and 19:00.
*For Chinese cuisine "Toukarin", Japanese cuisine "Yamazato", and Teppanyaki "Sazanka", pick-up times are
12:00-14:30, 17:30-19:00 (Teppanyaki "Sazanka" only 17:45-19:00).
▶The reservation date and time will be the pick-up date and time.
▶Please make reservations by 20:00 the day before.
*For whole cakes and specialties, please make reservations by 20:00 three days before.
▶Please cancel your reservation by 20:00 the day before. Please note that refunds will not be made in the following cases.
・ Cancellation on the day of reservation
・ If you visit the restaurant or drive-through, and do not arrive within 1 hour of the reservation time (treat as cancellation)
▶Some menu items may be changed due to ingredients availability. Please note in advance.
▶The food images are for illustrative purposes only. The food will be delivered in a take-out container (plastic, paper, bottle).
▶Please consume your order within the time indicated.
▶The Okura Tokyo uses wooden cutlery to reduce CO2 emissions.
