●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. ●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please contact us if you are running late. ●For reservations of 11 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly. ●Counter and table seating are limited to guests aged junior high school and above. The private room on the second floor can accommodate 6-10 adults. (Children under elementary school age are welcome, but reservations cannot be made with fewer than 6 adults.) ●The private room is located on the second floor and requires access to steep stairs, so wheelchair access may be difficult. ●We require credit card information for all reservations. You will receive a confirmation email, so please be sure to check it. ●Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the restaurant. Please also refrain from using electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and vapes. Customers who do not comply with this policy will be asked to pay immediately and leave the restaurant. ●Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume inside the restaurant. ●Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, as well as from making multiple reservations, canceling multiple reservations, or canceling at the last minute.
[Reservation Change/Cancellation Policy] For cancellations or changes in the number of guests, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival.
- Within 24 hours: ¥10,000/person - Within 48 hours: ¥5,000/person
- Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee - Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
