A course featuring pizzas made with seasonal ingredients

"Yuzuriha" is an establishment dedicated to the art of wood-fired oven baking and the use of carefully selected ingredients. As part of our course menu, we serve pizza made from dough—crafted with Hokkaido wheat and house-made natural yeast and fermented for over 24 hours—that is flash-baked in a wood-fired oven at 540°C.
