▶ There are two Hamburger Lab locations in Kyoto City. This is the 【Ponto-cho store】. Please be careful not to make a mistake.
▶ During busy periods, we ask that guests limit their stay to 【1 hour and 30 minutes】.
▶ For dinner reservations, we require that each guest orders 【at least one main dish】. (We do not accommodate vegetarians or vegans.)
▶ Even if they are not eating, children 【under 3 years of age】 are not permitted to enter.
▶ Unfortunately, any reduction in the number of guests upon arrival will be treated as a cancellation and subject to cancellation fees. Please inform us of any changes in party size as early as possible.
▶ If we do not receive any notification within 15 minutes past the reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat the reservation as canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶ This is a small restaurant with only 8 counter seats. We apologize for the numerous reservation guidelines mentioned above, but we kindly ask for your understanding.
