≪Christmas Cake Reservations≫
Christmas cake reservations will be accepted starting November 1st.
*CLUB HAPPO-EN members (those planning or already holding a wedding at Happo-en, or employees of corporate members) can apply in advance starting October 29th (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM.

Sales Period: December 20th (Sat) - 25th (Thu), 2025
Reservations Accepted: November 1st (Sat) - December 10th (Wednesday), 2025

Happo-en Western Confectionery Shop
*Pickup is not available at Happo-en.
Pickup Time | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Please note that if multiple customers are picking up at the same time, you may have to wait. We appreciate your understanding.

≪Anniversary Cake Reservations≫
● Please make your reservation at least 5 days in advance. 　
● For orders of 6 or more, please contact us by phone.
● If you are more than 30 minutes late for your specified time without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please note this in advance.

[Payment, Changes, and Cancellations]
● Payment must be made in advance (by credit card).
● Changes cannot be made after a reservation has been made. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation and reschedule.
