＜Reservations＞

・Your credit card information will be collected at the time of booking; however, no payment will be charged in advance. Please make payment at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
・We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
・Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
・Please make your reservation for the total number of guests, including children.

First Seating｜Ends at 6:15 PM
4:00 PM（2 hours 15 minutes）
4:15 PM（2 hours）
4:30 PM（1 hour 45 minutes）
4:45 PM（1 hour 30 minutes）
5:00 PM（1 hour 15 minutes）
5:15 PM（1 hour）

Second Seating｜Ends at 8:00 PM
6:30 PM（1 hour 30 minutes）
6:45 PM（1 hour 15 minutes）
7:00 PM（1 hour）

Third Seating｜8:15 PM–10:30 PM
8:15 PM（2 hours 15 minutes）
8:30 PM（2 hours）
8:45 PM（1 hour 45 minutes）
9:00 PM（1 hour 30 minutes）

※The end time for each seating session cannot be extended.

＜Late Arrivals & Cancellations＞

・If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact the restaurant.
・Even if you arrive late, your scheduled end time cannot be extended.
・If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to wait for the next available table.
・If you do not arrive and have not contacted us, your reservation will be treated as a no-show and a cancellation fee will be charged.
・During the winter season, delays may occur due to snow or road conditions. Please contact us if you are delayed and travel safely.

＜Cancellation Policy＞

・Reservations through November 30, 2026: JPY 5,000 per person for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time.
・Reservations from December 1, 2026 onward: JPY 5,000 per person for cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date.
