●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.

●For parties of 7 or 8 people, please contact us by phone as the restaurant will be exclusively booked.

●Children must be in the first year of junior high school or older.

●Meals should be approximately 2 hours for lunch and 3 hours for dinner.

●Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume or fabric softener.

●There will be no cancellation fee for cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather or natural disasters. However, please contact us early if a typhoon or other such event is forecast.
