Booking Policy

Welcome to book a reservation at HARUYAMA Japanese Restaurant. Please read the following important information carefully before making your reservation.
【Operation Hours】
Lunch
11:30-14:30 (Serving time is available until 13:45)
Dinner
Monday to Friday: 18:00 - 21:30
Saturday & Sunday: 17:30 - 21:30
(Serving time is available until 20:45)

【Prices】
1.Lunch minimum spend: NT$800 per person
2.Dinner minimum spend: NT$1,200 per person
3.Open area seating: For reservations of 6 people (inclusive) or more, a deposit of NT$1,000 per person is required.
Private room reservations:
【Teppanyaki Private Room】Each room accommodates about 6-8 people.
Lunch minimum spend: NT$26,000; Dinner minimum spend: NT$36,000. Deposit: NT$10,000.
【Table Seating Private Room】Each room accommodates about 16-18 people.
Lunch minimum spend: NT$40,000; Dinner minimum spend: NT$50,000. Deposit: NT$20,000.
For large groups (more than 9 guests), please call the restaurant to make a reservation.
4.A corkage fee will be charged: NT$800 per bottle for sake (720ml) or wine, and NT$1,200 per bottle for sake (1800ml) or spirits.
5.Dine-in customers are subject to an additional 10% service charge.

【Reservation Guidelines】
1.Reservations are only accepted within 3 months from the current date. For special requests, please contact us by phone.
2.Each reservation will be held for 10 minutes. If you are late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.
3.The dining area does not offer teppanyaki cooking services. The teppanyaki set menu is only available for seats at the teppanyaki grill; it is not applicable to other seating areas.
4.For large groups (more than 9 guests), please call the restaurant to make a reservation.
5.If you need a baby chair, children’s utensils, vegetarian options, or have dietary restrictions, please indicate these in the reservation page or under "Requests."
6.After your reservation is confirmed, the system will send a confirmation SMS and email. If you need to make changes, please click [Cancel Reservation] in your booking details and rebook online. For reservations with prepaid deposits, please call the restaurant directly to adjust your booking according to availability.
7.Discounts from promotions, credit cards, and meal vouchers cannot be combined.
8.Dining guests are eligible for up to 4 hours of free parking per vehicle (parking height limit: 2.1 meters).
9.To protect the rights of all guests, those who miss their online reservations three times (including no-shows without cancellation) will be restricted from using the online reservation system. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel such reservations without prior notice.

【Deposit Policy】
1.If you wish to use dining vouchers or credit card promotions, please indicate this in the “Special Requests” field.
2.For general reservations (6 guests or more in the open area, or private rooms), a credit card is required to secure the booking, but no payment will be charged.
3.Special reservations, such as for specific menus, festive occasions, or holidays, may require a deposit, which must be paid online to complete the booking.
4.In case of cancellation, the hotel will charge the deposit according to the cancellation policy and the specified number of days once the notice is received.
