Japanese cuisine where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients.

The Japanese garden you can see from their main counter gives you the feeling that you have traveled back in time to the good old days. The charm of Kanazawa's food is definitely their seafood, such as their sophisticated sushi you can enjoy for lunch and dinner, and Kanazawa's local dishes, Jibe-ni, and their sushi platter.
