Osaka-style Italian specializing in kiln-grilled cuisine

Located in Hotel Vischio Osaka, Verde Cassa is a restaurant where Osaka meets Italy. Flour-based foods are Osaka's specialty, and at Verde Cassa, the traditional cuisine is given an Italian twist. Vischio Pinsa is the signature dish made with soy and rice flour to give it a pizza-like texture. Also popular is the lunch buffet featuring kiln-grilled vegetables and desserts.
