【Reservations】 ●We accept cashless payments only. ●A 10% table charge applies per group. ●One drink order per person is required. ●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. ●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late. ●Free parking is available for up to 7 cars. ●There is no space for storing skis or snowboards inside the restaurant. ●You will not be able to enter the restaurant if you arrive earlier than your reservation time. We ask that you arrive on time for your reservation.
【Deposit】 When you make a reservation, a deposit of 11,000 yen (tax included) per person is required. This deposit will be refunded upon arrival.
【Cancellation Policy】 If you cancel or change (reduce) the number of people in your party within 24 hours of your reservation,
A cancellation fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) per person will be charged.
