About contactless payment

After your meal, simply let us know, and payment will be processed using the card you registered during booking.

Regarding reservations
Please note that seat preferences cannot be accommodated through online reservations.

※Important notes for customers bringing dogs:
・Reservations can only be made by phone (online reservations are not accepted).
・You may be seated together with other guests.
・Large dogs may be refused entry.
・If dogs continuously bark at each other, they may be asked to leave.

● During peak times, stays are limited to 2 hours.
● Some guests may find the maximum seating capacity too restrictive.
● Changes in party size or seat relocation on the day of visit may not be possible.
● Even if you arrive late, the time limit still applies from your reserved time.
● If we cannot reach you 15 minutes past your reservation time, we may have to cancel your booking; please be sure to call if delayed.
● Menus may change without notice due to ingredient availability; please understand this in advance.
● Free-flow-only bookings are not accepted.
● Guests with food allergies must inform us at the time of booking.
For the seven specified allergens—“shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, and peanuts”—we adjust certain menu items accordingly.
For other food allergies, we’ll discuss your needs and determine appropriate accommodations.
Your safety remains our top priority; there may be cases where we cannot accommodate special requests. Please understand this in advance.
