Begin with crustaceans on ice, featuring snow crab and Maine lobster, followed by a comforting double-boiled Hokkaido Dried Scallop Chicken Ginseng Soup. Savour Lunar New Year favourites such as Fatt Choy Pork Trotter with Korean Dried Oyster, and Lobster Claw in Chilli Crab Sauce. Enjoy live stations including Laksa with Slipper Lobster and Oyster, and a carving station serving Roasted Australian Ribeye.
