[Seasonal] Matsu Duck Seri Hot Pot Made with Akita Sanseki Seri (Includes a Two-Tiered Box of Seasonal Appetizers)
Kyoto's winter luxury: "Duck and Celery Hotpot with Akita Prefecture's Sanseki Seri," made with parsley grown in Akita's meltwater.
We combine the delicious flavor of high-quality domestic duck with fresh, Akita Prefecture-produced "Mitsuseki Seri," known for its distinctive aroma and flavor. The Sanseki Seri root is known for its long, thick roots, while the leaves retain a vibrant texture even in the cold.
