▶ About reservations
・Please note that we may not be able to meet your specific seat requests.
・If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and we will give priority to other customers. In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us.
・We have a 2-hour seating system from the reservation time, and the last order is 90 minutes.
(In the case of one person, the seat is 1 hour system, last order is 30 minutes)

▶Cancellation
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us regardless of whether you are a group or an individual. If you do not come to the store even though you have made a reservation, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

* If the course is undecided, a cancellation fee of 3,240 yen per person will be incurred.
* If you do not contact us on the day and 10 minutes have passed since the reservation time, we will cancel without notice and a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred.
*Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a change in the number of people due to stocking and preparation.
