We have established these rules to ensure that all customers can enjoy their meal. We appreciate your understanding despite the inconvenience.

Reservation Rules
● Please arrive at the store 10 minutes before your reservation time.
There will be a signboard on the sidewalk in front of the store, so please wait in line there.
● If you are wearing strong fragrances such as perfume, you may be denied entry. Please inform your companions as well.
● Children under 12 years old are not permitted to enter.
● Please be mindful when taking photos inside the store to ensure that other customers, staff, or the kitchen are not captured in the images.
● You must order one bowl of ramen per person. Orders for rice dishes or side items only are not allowed. (If you wish to order two bowls of ramen, please make another reservation for the next time slot.)
● We do not accommodate vegetarians or gluten-free diets.
Since we use a variety of ingredients, we cannot provide strict allergy accommodations. If you have dietary restrictions, large luggage, or require special accommodations such as wheelchairs, please contact us via Instagram DM before making a reservation. Requests entered in the reservation notes cannot be accommodated.

Payment is cash only
● Please purchase meal tickets at the ticket machine. Please prepare 1,000 yen bills.
※ We can exchange 10,000 yen and 5,000 yen bills, so please inform the staff.

Cancellations
For cancellations, a fee of ¥2,000 per person will be charged starting 24 hours before the reservation time.
● In case of late arrival, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the same cancellation fee will apply.

Reservation Start Date
Reservations will open 3 days before the desired date at 12:00 PM.
Example: Saturday reservations open on Wednesday at 12:00 PM.
