Dining Time: Seating time is maximum 2 hours. We operate with two sittings per night, so please be mindful of your allocated time.
Late Arrival: Arriving later than 10 minutes to a booking, may result in your table being given to the next customer on the waiting guest. Please organise your party to arrive on time.
NO-SHOW Policy : Failing to attend to a booking will attract a fee of 2,500 yen per person. Please make sure to cancel if you cannot attend to your booking.

Large Table Bookings: Our largest table fits up to 18 guests. Larger groups may be split across different areas. Please understand that it is a small restaurant and larger tables than 18 guests might be separated, physically and timely.
Small Children and Babies: We do NOT provide high chairs. Due to hot BBQ grills, please supervise children closely.
Tables for 1-3 Guests: Small groups are seated at the bar counter only. Please note these are casual tables and are not recommended for children.
Tables of 4 guests: Small groups only be seated in casual tables or bar tables, and table changes on the night are not allowed.
