【Reservations】

・A deposit of THB 2,000 per guest is required to confirm your reservation.

・For the Special Promotion, a deposit of THB 4,000 per guest is required.

（American Express is accepted.）

【Cancellation Policy】

・A processing fee of THB 500 will apply to each cancellation.

・Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time or in the event of a no-show.

【Late Arrivals】

・Guests arriving 30 minutes or more after their reservation time will be considered a no-show and may be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

【Your Sushi Chef】

・All courses are prepared and served with care by our experienced sushi chefs in accordance with SUSHI ITTO’s standards.

・The chef assigned to your reservation will be determined by the restaurant based on the course booked and operating circumstances on the day.

・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests for a specific chef.
