Regarding Reservations
●Our restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
●If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●Even on days when reservations are unavailable, you may be able to secure a seat by contacting the restaurant directly.

Regarding Cancellations
●Please be sure to contact the restaurant directly if you need to cancel. Please also note that the following cancellation fees will apply:
・24 hours prior: 100% of the meal cost
・48 hours prior: 50% of the meal cost

*When making a reservation by phone, it is easiest to get through between 13:00 and 17:00. After 17:00, we may not be able to answer the phone as we are open for business. Thank you for your understanding.
