This French restaurant in Fukuoka shares its imagination with a chef who has traveled to 44 countries and worked in famous restaurants in seven of them. The concept of the cuisine is "Cuisine Voyage."

A dish that focuses on vegetables that you may have seen or heard of but have not been the main course

For the main course, we use four-legged meat delivered directly from producers, cooked in a bone-in chunk using binchotan charcoal from Marmo Charcoal Factory in Mie Prefecture, and slowly cooked using bone conduction

Then, we use the leftover meat from the main course to prepare larb, the national dish of Laos
