We offer special, prized meats in simple yet luxurious flavors. We offer various meat cuts, from the classic to the rare, with richly varied cooking methods and seasonings. We do not stop here, however: our meats are served in Akita pottery dishes, in a restaurant decorated with antique furniture from the Taisho era, refined and elegant.
