※ On these dates, we operate on a half-day schedule. (Business hours: 11:00–13:30)

● Due to a limit of 3–4 groups (about 10 people total) allowed in at a time, those without a reservation may have to wait up to 5 hours, or may be unable to enter even if they come, as the shop may be fully booked.
※ Reservations for same-day visits can be made starting at 11:00 both in person and online.
● Reservations made the day before are limited to 60 minutes only.
　30-minute and 45-minute slots are occasionally opened for same-day booking at 11:00.
※ Depending on crowd levels, same-day slots might not be available.
　Same-day reservations close [15 minutes prior] to the scheduled time.
● Telephone reservations are not accepted.
● Reservations do not guarantee exclusive use of the facility. Interaction with the capybara will be done in turns among 3 groups of about 10 people each.
● Customers wishing to rent out the entire facility please contact us via email or DM on social media. (Rental fee: 35,000 yen ※for up to 10 people)
● If you arrive late for your reserved time slot, no extension of time will be granted.
● Children aged 0 can enter, but those under 2 years old cannot interact with the capybara. Children aged 3 and above must pay an admission fee and may interact with him; however, if they fail to follow staff instructions, interaction will be terminated and they’ll only be able to watch. Please keep a close eye on your children at all times.
● Visits by elementary school-aged children alone are not permitted. A parent or guardian must accompany them.
● Companions and guides also need to pay an admission fee.
● On certain days, the shop may temporarily close depending on the animals’ health conditions.
● Only bottled drinks are served; no meals are provided.
● Anyone who has consumed even just one alcoholic drink cannot enter. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
● From 13:30–14:30, we observe a break period and the facility cannot be used.
