Reservation Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in dining at Choen.
Before proceeding with your reservation,
we kindly ask that you read and acknowledge
the following terms and conditions.

Menu & Price
Choen offers a Tasting Menu,
prepared using a live-fire kitchen.
The Tasting Menu price is exclusive of
a 10% service charge and 7% government tax,
and beverages are not included.

Our menu and ingredients may change
according to seasonality and
ingredient availability.
Menu items may be adjusted or changed without prior notice.

Opening Hours
The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday.
Dinner service begins at 6:00 PM.
Choen accommodates a maximum of 12 guests
in a counter-seating arrangement.

Please note that specific seats cannot be reserved
or selected in advance.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us in advance of any food allergies,
dietary restrictions,
or ingredients that you are unable to consume.

For dietary requests requiring menu adaptations,
such as pescatarian, seafood-only, beef
and seafood-only, or other customized menus,
an additional charge of THB 300++ per person will apply.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance
so that we can prepare accordingly.
In order for our kitchen to properly prepare the ingredients
and service, we may not be able to accommodate dietary requirements that have not been communicated to us in advance.

Arrival Time
Please allow sufficient travel time when coming to the restaurant, as traffic in Bangkok can be unpredictable. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.

If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

As our Tasting Menu is served according to a
specific sequence and timing,
guests arriving late may miss dishes that have already been served.
We may not be able to serve or recreate missed dishes at a later time.

Late arrival may therefore result in a different dining experience,
with certain dishes being skipped or modified where necessary.

Children
Children aged 12 years and above are welcome,
provided that they are able to enjoy the same Tasting Menu as adults.
The same price applies to all guests.

Dress Code
Our dress code is Smart Casual.

Corkage Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
For each one bottle brought to the restaurant,
we kindly ask that one bottle of wine be purchased from our wine list.
Sato (Thai Rice Wine) is excluded from this wine-purchase requirement.

Alternatively, a corkage fee of THB 500++ per bottle
applies to all types of alcoholic beverages
with a volume of 750 ml or less.
For bottles exceeding 750 ml, an additional corkage fee
will apply based on each equivalent 750 ml portion,
with any remaining portion counted as an additional bottle.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of THB 1,500 per person is required
at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward the final food bill.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation & Reservation Changes
We allow one change of reservation date,
with the deposit transferable
to a future reservation within 3 months
from the original booking date.

Any change in the number of guests or
postponement of the reservation
must be notified to us at least 3 days prior
to the scheduled dining date.

All reservation changes are subject to availability
and the seating capacity of the restaurant.
Please note that deposits and any applicable administrative fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
