≪Regarding Reservations≫ *Please note that we regretfully cannot allow entry to customers under 20 years of age after 3 PM. ●Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests. ●If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. ●For reservations of 7 or more people, please contact the store directly.
≪Regarding Use on the Day≫ ●Except for standing/dining cafes, the charge varies depending on the seating and time. ●Staff will move the shisha tables, so please refrain from touching them yourself. ●Customers who are heavily intoxicated or who have been asleep for more than 30 minutes will be asked to leave after settling their bill. ●If staff speak to you regarding noise or other issues as pointed out by other customers, and you do not cooperate, you will be asked to leave after settling your bill. ●You will be charged for cleaning costs due to vomiting, etc., and for repair costs for damage to the store. ●If any shisha equipment is damaged, you will be charged for the cost of repairs. ●We cannot be held responsible for disputes between customers, and we may report any such incidents to the police. ●During busy periods, there is a 2-hour time limit.
