【Eel dishes】 ● During December and January, which are peak seasons for orders of fugu and crab dishes, eel dishes can only be ordered at the time of reservation or upon arrival, as the first order. Additional orders during the meal cannot be accepted. Guests wishing to order eel dishes are advised to do so well in advance.
【Reservations for families with children】 ● Children who will be having the same course as adults should be counted as “adults” when making a reservation. ● We do not provide children’s menus, child-sized chairs, or tableware (such as smaller spoons, forks, or plates). Please note this in advance.
【Cancellation policy】 For cancellations or changes, cancellation fees apply as follows, calculated from the scheduled arrival time.
＜For reservations with no food ordered＞ ・ Within 24 hours: ¥5,000 per person ・ Within 48 hours: ¥2,500 per person
＜For reservations including food＞ ・ Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee ・ Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
