○ About Reservations ○
Reservations can be made from one week in advance until 8:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.
Not all seats are released as reservable slots,
so even if reservation slots are full, we may still be able to accommodate you if you visit the store directly.

● Reservations are accepted for 【up to 4 guests】.

● All seats are 【counter seats】, and seat selection is not available.
For parties of 3 or more, seats may be separated. Thank you for your understanding.

● If we do not hear from you after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as a 【cancellation】.
At the Shibuya Main Store, your reservation time indicates the time you may wait at the front of the waiting line outside the store.
Please wait at the storefront, and we will guide you inside in order once seats become available.
Please note that depending on seat availability inside the store, there may be a wait before we can seat you.

● Please refrain from sharing set meals.
All guests are required to order one set meal each.

● Customers with reservations may enter the store directly without lining up and inform our staff of the reservation name.
If we cannot confirm your reservation name, we may not be able to distinguish it from a no-show, and a cancellation fee may be charged.
For smooth service, please be sure to notify our staff upon arrival.

Reservations are accepted online only. We do not accept reservations by phone.
