- Reservation Policy -
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
● If you need to change the number of guests, please contact us in advance.
● For groups of 6 or more, we generally offer course menus, so please contact the restaurant directly.
● During busy hours, seating is limited to 90 minutes for lunch and 2 hours for dinner.

- Arrival Policy -
● If we are unable to contact you and you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
　If you are running late, please be sure to contact us. Also, please inform us in advance of any changes to the number of guests.

- Cancellation Policy -
● If you arrive more than 【15 minutes】 late without notice,
a no-show fee (¥5,000 per person) will be charged.

- Dinner Policy -
● A service charge of 【¥390 per person】 applies during dinner time.
● A one-drink minimum per guest is required during dinner.

- Guests with Pets -
● Please make your reservation by phone.
(Due to limited space, pet carts are generally not permitted. If necessary, please consult us in advance.)
● Please note that there are stairs before reaching the elevator in our building.
● We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing strongly scented pet food or treats inside the restaurant so that all guests can enjoy a comfortable environment.
