This Dessert features Nara's brand strawberry "Kotoka," grown by Iwai Farm and awarded the Gold Medal at the 4th National Strawberry Championship, and is crafted to allow you to fully enjoy its gorgeous aroma and rich sweetness.
The glass is filled with a variety of layers, including mousse, jelly, espuma, and ice cream, centered around the fresh taste of Kotoka, creating a depth of texture and flavor.
The bottom layer is filled with fluffy strawberry espuma, fresh strawberry slices, and fragrant strawberry soup. On top is layered strawberry mousse with a hint of pistachio dough, vanilla chantilly, sparkling strawberry jelly, and light strawberry meringue, adding dimension to the flavor.
The top is adorned with almond tuile, strawberry ice cream, sweet chocolate decorations, and candy sculptures for a gorgeous finish.
This special strawberry dessert, available only this season, brings out the fresh charm of Kotoka while allowing you to enjoy the world of strawberries until the last bite.
