Whisk’s Winter Layered Parfait: White Strawberry & Forest Fromage
From Jan 8–Mar 31, 2026, enjoy mesm Tokyo’s seasonal “Layered Parfait” at Bar & Lounge Whisk (16F). White strawberries and fromage meet a delicate Chartreuse accent and an herbal aroma that evokes a winter forest, served alongside sweeping views of Hamarikyu Gardens and Tokyo’s skyline.
Topped with green chocolate shaped like forest leaves, the parfait unfolds into layers of fresh white strawberries, panna cotta, and fromage blanc mousse, accented throughout with herbs and berries for depth and contrast. Just before serving, a gentle mist of forest-inspired herbal aroma is released, allowing you to experience the essence of a winter forest not only in appearance and taste, but also through fragrance.
Each carefully crafted layer reveals a new texture and flavor, showcasing the artistry of a truly layered dessert experience.
