- Upon Arrival - ● If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late. ● During busy periods, a 2-hour-and-30-minute limit may also apply.
