--Available Pickup Dates-- ・Saturday, December 20 ・Sunday, December 21 ・Tuesday, December 23 ・Wednesday, December 24 ・Thursday, December 25 We will be closed on Monday, December 22.
--Available Pickup Times-- 10:00–19:00 (Please note that closing time is 19:00.) *On Tuesday, December 23, we will close at 18:00.*
Example: If you select 13:00 on December 24, you may pick up your order between 13:00 and 14:00.
Please make sure to come within your reserved time slot. Arriving before or after your reserved time may cause congestion, and we may not be able to hand over your order.
--How to Make a Reservation-- ① Select the desired pickup date and time. ② Choose your product.
--Payment, Pickup on the Day, and Other Notes-- Each cake comes with 5 candles. The message plate will be as shown in the product photo and cannot be customized.
To avoid congestion on the pickup day, payment must be made in advance by credit card at the time of reservation. Please be sure to present your reservation confirmation email when picking up your order.
We cannot accept in-store or phone reservations, or inquiries, for pickups between December 20 and 25.
