【Important Information for Your Visit】
・Reservations can be made up to ５months in advance.
・As ingredients are purchased and prepared in advance, we are unable to accommodate allergy-related requests or menu changes on the day of your reservation. We kindly ask that you inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation.
・We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances so that you can fully enjoy the flavors and aromas of our cuisine.
・We do not have a formal dress code; however, we kindly ask that guests refrain from visiting in excessively casual attire.
【Reservation Changes & Inquiries】

・Same-day increases in the number of guests can only be accommodated if seating is available.
・Same-day reductions in the number of guests cannot be accepted. We will prepare the full course for the number of guests originally booked, and we kindly ask that you either enjoy the additional portions or take them home with you.
【Cancellation Policy】
・In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. A reduction in the number of guests is also subject to our cancellation policy.
・Cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card registered with your reservation or paid by bank transfer.
・For reservations of 10 or more guests, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made within one week of the reservation date.
・In the event that you are unable to visit due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond your control, this policy will, in principle, still apply.
【Cancellation Fee Schedule】
・Up to 72 hours before the reservation time: 30%
・Within 48 hours of the reservation time: 50%
・Within 24 hours of the reservation time: 100%
