Introduction to the 2026–2027 Winter Season

**Opening Hours**
17:00–23:00
*For those wishing to make reservations between 16:00 and 17:00, please contact us by phone.
*Reservations requested less than one hour prior to the desired time must also be made by phone.

The meal will be a shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat course.
Additional options such as drinks unlimited and à la carte dishes can also be ordered.

The Premium Course (with unlimited drinks) is available only for reservations made at least 3 days in advance.

Meal duration limits are as follows:
All-you-can-eat courses: 90 minutes
Premium Course: 120 minutes

We can accommodate allergies to some extent, but cannot modify broths or sauces.
If you have any food allergies, please indicate them in the special requests section.

For groups of 20 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

We may be unable to answer calls during operating hours.
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation.

**Children’s pricing**
0–3 years: Free
4–9 years: Children’s price
10 years and older: Same price as adults

If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation.
Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

*Payment is not processed at the time of booking; please pay at the restaurant upon arrival.

Currently, there is a severe shortage of taxis in the Niseko area.
Please ensure you have transportation arranged for both arrival and departure before making a reservation.
If you wish to use our shuttle service, please make a reservation via TableCheck first, then call us separately to arrange the pickup.
Please note that we can only provide one vehicle per group, so we may not always be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.

**[Cancellation Policy]**
Regarding cancellations, the following fees will apply based on the time elapsed since your scheduled reservation time:

• Within 24 hours: 100% of the total amount
• Within 48 hours: 50% of the total amount
