- Reservation Request -
For customers who wish to make a reservation,
we operate in two shifts.
Reservations are accepted at 17:00 or 20:00.
●There are 6 counter seats and tables that can seat 4 people, so we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific seat. Please note this in advance.
●If you are unable to select the date, time, or number of people you would like to book,
please contact us directly and we may be able to provide you with a seat.
Reservations the day before/the day of, or for 1 person or 5 or more people can be made via Instagram DM or official LINE [Nishiogi ongi].
- About visiting -
●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●If there is an error in the phone number or email address you provided when making the reservation, we may cancel your reservation.

●Payment
Only cash or PayPay is accepted.
●Usage time
Depending on the reservation situation, we ask that you aim for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
