बुकिंग नीति

Food Allergies & Dietary Policy
+ Please inform NÔM Dining of any food allergies or dietary requirements during the time of reservation.
+ Kindly note that NÔM Dining require at least 48 hours’ advance notice to accommodate special dietary needs.
+ Due to the nature of Vietnamese cuisine, fish sauce is an essential part of our cultural expression.
Any substitution in seafood will compromise the authenticity and true essence of the Central Vietnam menu

Corkage & Food Policy:
+ Consumption and bringing in of outside food is not allowed.
+ You are welcome to bring your own wine, but it is subject to a corkage fee of:
1,000,000++VND per bottle of wine and sake
1,500,000++VND per bottle of spirit and champagne

Reservation Policy
+ Each guest is required to order the minimum of one set menu.
+ If a guest chooses not to dine, a fee of 1,500,000 VND per person will be applied (which can be offset by ordering beverages or wine of equal value)
+ Please be informed that all ongoing NÔM Dining promotion is applicable for a single use only.
+ We do not recommend visiting with children under 12, due to the duration and nature of our moving concept menu. However, if needed, please contact us to arrange a private corner.

Deposit Policy:
+ A deposit of 500,000 VND is required for all reservations of 3 guests and above.
+ Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the original booking time are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking time are strictly non-refundable.
+ Rescheduling Policy:
We offer a one-time rescheduling window, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the original booking time.
All rescheduling requests are subject to table availability.
Note: Once a booking has been rescheduled, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable, regardless of any further notice given for the new date.

Late Policy:
+ Our experience is a thoughtfully paced journey of traveling around the villa to unfold a complete gastronomy journey.
Should guests arrive more than 15 minutes after their reservation time, we will continue from the next stage of the experience, and the opening courses will be skipped to maintain the flow for all diners.
