Regardless of the reason, cancellations made after the specified deadlines will incur cancellation fees. Please be sure to check these details.
Day before reservation: 50% of the total charge
Day of reservation: 100% of the total charge
For reservations involving the candy art plate, a 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancellation occurs one week or later prior to the reservation date.

Requests for specific seating arrangements may not always be accommodated.

If no contact is received within 15 minutes past the reserved time, the reservation may be treated as cancelled.

Due to inventory limitations, we may occasionally be unable to provide the menu items you request.
