[RESERVATION POLICY]
Reservations are opened 60 days in advance.

Our dress code is smart casual with appropriate footwear.
[CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY]
By making your reservation, all guests are agreed to the terms and conditions set up by the restaurant policy.
At Restaurant I-Sang, we request all the bookings to be responsible for payment of 3,980++(4,684.46)THB per person, additional charges can be settled at the restaurant.
Any change or rescheduling of your reservation is required to be notified by email (info@isangbkk.com) 72 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any fee.
For cancellation,
if you cancel your booking less than 3 days prior to your dine-in date, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
If you cancel your booking 4 days prior to your dine-in date, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
If you cancel your booking more than 5 days prior to your dine-in date, you will not be charged any of the booking fee.
**Please note that the 10% administration fee is non-refundable in all cases.
[FOOD ALLERGY]
Kindly indicate your dietary restriction (if any) and/or any special occasion arrangement (if needed) upon making the reservation within 72 hours minimum prior to your dine-in date to ensure your best experience.
Delayed allergy notifications may lead to a lack of viable alternation. Please kindly be noted that currently we are unable to accommodate the following dietary restrictions; gluten-free, onion or garlic allergy and vegan.
[CORKAGE POLICY]
To bring your own bottles of wine, we do have a corkage fee of 2,000 THB ++ per a 750ml-standard wine bottle.
Please note that this fee will be waived by purchasing one bottle from us for each one bottle you bring along.
[CHILD POLICY]
We welcome children with age 6 or above to the restaurant and participate in the tasting menu.
