▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seat specification. ▶During busy times, we will allow 2 hours and 30 minutes from your reservation time.
▶If we cannot contact you within 20 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶For reservations for 7 or more people, please contact the store directly.
▶Children are welcome to visit us, but please note that we do not provide children's chairs, children's menus, cribs, diaper changing tables, etc.
▶If the venue is crowded, we may ask you not to bring a stroller.
▶Please refrain from using the cafe or making reservations for light meals.
▶Even if the seats are full, we may be able to arrange a time for you, so please contact us directly by phone.
*If you make a reservation for 1 or 2 people, you may be asked to sit at the counter.
