Information Regarding Reservations at Tea Room "KYO"
We value creating a comfortable space where everyone can gather around one large table and enjoy the sound of rain. Please read the following notes before making a reservation.
◇Photography in the Store Please only take photos of your tea set and sweets. Please refrain from using flash or lights, and from including other customers or staff in your photos.
◇Allergies As we use seasonal ingredients, we cannot accommodate requests for changes to the menu to accommodate allergies, disliked ingredients, or vegetarian/vegan diets.
◇Cancellation Policy A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time, or for delays of 15 minutes or more.
◇A 10% service charge will be added to the food and beverage price. Thank you for your understanding.
◇Payment is completely cashless. (Various credit cards/electronic payments accepted)
◇The 200 yen deposit collected at the time of reservation will be refunded after your visit. (Refund timing varies depending on the card company.)
◇The tea room "Ima/KYO" is located at the back of the adjoining gallery. Please speak to the front desk staff upon arrival.
◇Regarding entry for minors For safety reasons, we regretfully cannot allow entry for preschool children. Children of elementary school age and older are welcome with a guardian. As with adults, we request that each minor order one course.
◇For groups of 6 or more, we will arrange seating or private reservations. Please inquire by email in advance.
