※In addition to tea cocktails made with seasonal ingredients, we offer a different selection of courses from our DAY TIME menu. Guests are also welcome to visit for tea only.

【Information from Sakurai Japanese Tea Experience】
■ Reservations & Payment
・The amount paid at the time of reservation is a deposit to secure your seat. You may choose your menu upon arrival, and payment for your order will be made at the venue. Your deposit will be refunded at a later date.

・Reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 guests per group. For groups of 5 or more, please make separate reservations at different times.

・We are unable to accommodate specific seating requests.

・Seating is limited to 90 minutes.

・For guests visiting after 7:00 PM on weekdays, a cover charge of ¥500 per person applies.

■ Arrival & Cancellation Policy

・If your entire party has not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time, or if you fail to arrive without prior notice, we may limit your menu options or automatically cancel your reservation. Please allow sufficient time for your arrival.

・If the number of guests decreases on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee will apply for each guest who does not attend.

・Cancellations made within 18 hours of your reservation time will incur the following cancellation fee:

【Seat-only Reservations】¥2,500 per person

■ Guidelines for Your Visit

・We kindly ask each guest to order at least one drink. Children are welcome, but those occupying their own seats are also required to order at least one drink. Children may also sit on an accompanying adult's lap.

・To ensure that all guests can enjoy the delicate aromas of Japanese tea, we kindly ask you to refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances.

・Video recording is not permitted inside the venue. Photography may also be restricted in certain areas. Please ask our staff before taking photographs.

・We are unable to reserve or hold sweets or other products in advance.
