Reservation Policy

• We do not accept reservations by phone.
• Balcony reservations are only available with our package plans.
• Seat only reservations are accepted between 18:00 and 19:30, and only for indoor seating (excluding balcony and rooftop).

• *New Year’s Eve tickets are sold out.

• Reservations can be made up to one month in advance. Same-day reservations are accepted until 5:30 p.m.
• Maximum party size is 6 guests.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.　For no-shows or arrivals more than 10 minutes past the reservation time, we may not be able to hold your table. A cancellation fee of ¥2,000 applies to seat only bookings. For package plan reservations, the full amount will be charged.
• If the number of guests who arrive differs from the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate your party.
• We may not be able to fulfill specific seating requests. Please also refrain from changing seats after being seated due to limited space.
• During peak hours, a 2-hour seating limit may apply.
• If we are unable to contact you and you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to notify us if you’re running late.
• We are a cashless venue. Payment by credit card or QR code only.
• Guests under 20 years of age are not permitted.
• No outside food or drinks allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

• If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may need to cancel your booking. To avoid this, please make sure to contact us if you expect to be late.

• The banquet duration is 180 minutes, with a 120-minute all-you-can-drink period. The last order will be taken 30 minutes before the end of the event.

• The recommended number of guests for the 10th floor is up to 20 people. For parties exceeding 20 people, we recommend also using the 9th floor.

• Please confirm the final number of participants one week prior to the event.

• Even if the actual number of participants is less than planned, the minimum guarantee fee will still apply. In the event of any damage or soiling caused by the customer, the repair costs will be charged.

• Please make any changes to your food and drink orders by noon, 7 days before the event. • We accept luggage delivery and storage starting from the day before the event.

• If you need to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the latest estimated amount as follows:

• Up to 1 week before: 30%

• 3 days before: 50% • The day before: 90% • On the day: 100%

• Payment is due on the day of the event. If you prefer to pay by invoice, please let us know in advance.

• If you order items other than those in the party package, additional charges will apply according to the menu.
