Reservations

◆ As priority is given to guests staying at our neighboring accommodation, Shiguchi, the number of seats available for reservation is limited.
◆ Reservations must be made at least three days prior to the dinner date. Same-day reservations are not accepted.
◆ The dining experience is expected to take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
◆ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
◆ Reservations are limited to guests aged 12 and above. If you will be accompanied by children under 12 years of age, please contact us by phone in advance.
◆ If we are unable to reach you more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as cancelled. If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
◆ For parties of nine guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.

Transportation

◆ We do not provide transportation services or arrange transportation.
◆ As taxis are limited in the Niseko area, please ensure that your transportation to and from the restaurant is arranged prior to making your reservation.
◆ Due to local transportation conditions, we recommend that you avoid making a reservation on the day of your arrival in Niseko.
