● We only offer course meals.
● We prepare your food and heat the hotplate according to your arrival time. Please arrive on time (please call if you expect to arrive early).
● Road congestion may occur between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please contact us if you will be late.
● For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Please order one course per person.
● For guests aged 13 and older, please include them in the adult reservation count. A menu for children under 12 is available.
● For guests accompanied by children under 12, we serve earlier reservations [*5:00 PM - *5:30 PM]. If you have any questions, please contact us via Instagram DM or phone.
● We do not provide small chairs, but strollers are welcome.
Cancellation Policy
●A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel three days prior to your reservation date, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel exclusively 10 days prior. Thank you for your understanding.
