Shochu Yoka Loka Masterclass and Pairing

Join us for a masterclass on Honkaku Shochu, guided by the people who make it. Each session will run for 3 hours.
We will be tasting six different shochu paired with six dishes from our very own Chef Jing. The shochu will be served in different fashions, on the rocks, oyuwari, mizuwari, and more to let you experience the full range of tastes that shochu offers.
We're honoured to host special guests from three distinguished distilleries: Yamada Shuzo, Asahi Shuzo, and Nakamura Shuzojo, who will share the stories, craft, and character behind their shochu firsthand. Who knows, they might bring out a few special bottles for you to experience too!
