Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time.

Lunch Experience: Please note that starting 23 January 2026, our lunch service will be available by reservation only. To ensure the best dining experience for all guests, we kindly do not accept walk-ins during lunch hours. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to book in advance. This policy also applies to our Pop-Up in Jakarta.

Rescheduling Policy: Guests are permitted to reschedule their booking up to two times, subject to availability. Rescheduling the date must be done at least 24 hours before For the KU and 12 hours before for The Restaurant.

Refund Policy: Please note that refunds are not provided for cancellations made above 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time. In such cases, the prepayment or deposit already paid will convert into a voucher that can be redeemed within 1 year (only applicable for bookings at Syrco BASÈ Bali)

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a voucher valued at 50% of the amount of the deposit or prepayment already paid.

Prepayment Policy: Prepayment or deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before arrival. If a booking is made within 48 hours of the arrival time, the prepayment or deposit must be completed immediately.

No Prepayment Reservation: Our priority is to serve guests who confirm reservations by completing our prepayment request. Bookings without complete prepayment will be considered tentative, and these reservations will be released 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
